On 2/11/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested James L. Shoultz, age 46, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Theft. Shoultz was located in the 100 block of Railroad Street where he was taken into custody. Shoultz was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held on a $150 cash bond.
