Business owners can again take advantage of the city of Mt. Carmel’s façade improvement program. City Clerk Rudy Witsman said he has already had inquiries if the program would be offered again in 2020. The program provides up to $1,000 in matching funds to businesses within the TIF district to make exterior building improvements. The city council agreed to offer the incentive again this year. Applications for the façade improvement program are available at City Hall.
