On 2/07/20 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Devin J.D. Dunham, age 24, of Vincennes, Indiana for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol following a public complaint regarding a possible impaired driver. The arresting officer located the suspect vehicle and observed lane violations so a traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of N Walnut Street. When the officer made contact he found signs to indicate impairment so field sobriety testing was conducted. During the testing several clues to indicate impairment were observed so Dunham was placed under arrest. Following the arrest, Dunham was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged for DUI, Improper Lane Usage, and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Dunham was held pending the posting of bond.
