The Mt. Carmel City Council has approved renewing their health insurance coverage with Mutual Medical. The bid was almost $47,000 lower than the only other bidder. The new premium is about 3% higher than the previous year. Neither Mayor Joe Judge nor city commissioners receive health insurance from the city.
