Applications are now available for the 2021-2022 Physical or Occupational Therapy Majors and the Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistant Scholarships. The application will become available only online, starting December 1, 2020, and will remain online until March 5, 2021. The students will have until March 12, 2021 to submit their scholarship applications to the Elks Lodge. The Lodge will have until March 19, 2021 to submit all applications to the Chatham Office.
This is a COMPETITIVE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM for students currently enrolled in/or planning on entering the Physical or Occupational Therapy fields. This is an open scholarship program, and no current or past affiliation with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is required.
After completion of the application, applicants must submit their scholarship applicant packet to the local Elks. After checking the packet to ensure that all required information is included, it will be submitted to the Children’s Care Corporation office in Chatham, IL for judging.
