On 12/27/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kenneth C. Swatsley, age 31, of Mt. Carmel, for Domestic Battery following a domestic dispute at a residence in the 600 block of Cedar Street. Officers arrived to the residence and found evidence to indicate Swatsley battered a family member during the dispute. Swatsley was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
