Trio Pleads Not Guilty To Federal Charges In Verizon Wireless Heist

The three men being held in connection to the July 30th armed robbery at the Verizon Wireless store in Mt. Carmel have entered not guilty pleas to two federal charges. 18 year old Latrell Coe, 18 year old Jaylen Davis, and 24 year old Anthony Suber face a two-count federal indictment of interference with commerce by robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence and made their initial appearances yesterday in federal court in Benton. All three are being held in federal custody without bond. A final pre-trial conference is set for November 20th with a jury trial in federal court scheduled for December 2nd.
