On 9/24/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested James W. Shain, age 62, of Owensville, IN, on a Wabash County Theft Warrant. Shain was stopped in the 800 block of N Walnut Street after information was obtained that Shain was in the vehicle and had a warrant for his arrest. Shain was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was served the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
