Federal Grand Jury Indicts Trio For Role In Verizon Wireless Robbery

Three Indianapolis area men arrested in connection to the July 30th armed robbery at the Verizon Wireless store in Mt. Carmel have now been indicted by a federal grand jury in Benton.

18 year old Latrell Coe, 18 year old Jaylen Davis, and 24 year old Anthony Suber face a two-count federal indictment of interference with commerce by robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The three have been transferred to federal custody and will make their first court appearance this morning at 10 in Benton.

Coe, Davis, and Suber have pled not guilty to Class X armed robbery charges in Wabash County Circuit Court.

A fourth person arrested, 20 year old Dionjahnae Cannon, was released from custody last month after Associate Judge Thomas Dinn III ruled that probable cause didn’t exist in her case thus dropping a charge of conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

The four have been linked to similar armed robberies at cell phone stores in other states and Wabash County State’s Attorney Cassandra Goldman said investigations continue into those crimes and additional charges may be filed in those jurisdictions.

Evidence presented last month at a hearing for the three others arrested for the robbery alleged that Coe and Davis were the two that brandished handguns and robbed the store. Suber was the alleged getaway car driver.
