On 9/15/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Andrew S. Ellis, age 30, of Fort Branch, IN, for a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Ellis was located in the 500 block of W 9th Street where he was taken into custody. Ellis was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
