On 9/05/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kenneth E. Vessels, age 51, of Mt. Carmel, on an Edwards County Warrant for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Vessels was located at his residence in the 900 block of North Walnut Street where he was taken into custody. Vessels was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending extradition to Edwards County.
