Two Princeton men arrested on disorderly conduct charges

On September 8, 2019, at 10:12 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a call of a battery that had occurred at Zack’s Diner located at 202 E. Locust Street in Fort Branch, Indiana. Upon arriving Deputy U.B. Smith began an investigation into the incident and spoke to all the parties involved in this incident. At the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Smith placed 68 year old Michael Crase and 47 year old Todd Williams, both of Princeton into custody and transported them to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving both men were charged with Disorderly Conduct. Both men have since posted a $550 bond.

Assisting Deputy Smith in his investigation was Sergeant Tim Coomer.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
