On 8/05/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joshua A. Medina, age 39, of Mt. Carmel, on an Edwards County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Medina was located in the 300 block of West 9th Street where he was taken into custody. Medina was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond or extradition to Edwards County.
