08/16/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 27 year old Richard L. Reed of Mt. Carmel after investigating a possible domestic battery in the 500 block of N. Division Street. During the investigation, police located several items used in conjunction with methamphetamine. Reed was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of property under the methamphetamine statute. Reed was held pending the posting of bond.
