07/23/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 31 year old David Ryan Harms of Mt. Carmel after a warrant for his arrested was issued in Wabash County Court. Harms was wanted on a $1000.00 cash bond warrant for violating his probation. Harms was located in the 200 block of Division Street and placed under arrest. Harms is currently in the Wabash County Jail pending a court hearing.
