On 6/04/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Lawrence Chad Smith, age 48, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Smith was observed in the 500 block of N Market Street where he was taken into custody. Smith was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
