Four ordinances were approved at Monday night’s Mt. Carmel City Council meeting.
Ordinance 2013 cleared up the definitions of mobile homes versus modular homes.
Ordinance 2014 granted a variance for Health Insurance Associates to
add a commercial building for office space to their existing building
at 2002 College Drive.
Ordinance 2015 provides a variance for the former Cunningham Funeral Home,
which is in a residential zone at 403 North Cherry, to be used as a commercial event venue.
Ordinance 2016 allows Premium Fitness Center to expand their commercial business, in a residential zone at 630 North Poplar
