06/13/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 25 year old Cory J. Walker of Mt. Carmel on a Richland County failure to appear warrant. Police located Walker outside of a residence located in the 600 block of Copp Ave. Walker was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of bond.
