On 6/10/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jeremy S. Litherland, age 39, of Mt. Carmel, for Domestic Battery following a domestic dispute at a residence in the 100 block of Jacques Street. As officers investigated the dispute they found evidence to indicate that Litherland had battered a family member within the home. Litherland was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
