Another uptown business is taking advantage of the city’s facade improvement program. The city council has approved improvements at Vintage Collections at 4th and Market Streets. Under terms of the program, the city will reimburse the owners up to $1,000 for the project on a matching basis. The city says more money from TIF funds is available for other uptown facade projects.
