Martin County: Earlier this morning, Indiana State Trooper Andrew Beaver responded to US 231 near Abel Lane for a minor injury accident.
Anthony McAtee, 30, Lynville fell asleep behind the wheel and drove his GMC pickup down an embankment and struck another embankment head-on resulting in extensive damage to his vehicle.
McAtee was treated at the scene for minor injuries to his leg but refused additional medical treatment.
McAtee was cited for Driving While Suspended With a Prior Offense, 1 Count, IC 9-24-19-2, Class A Misdemeanor.
