On 4/24/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Rick D. Stein, age 64, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Criminal Trespass to Residence and (2) counts of Stalking. Stein was observed in the area of 5th & Walnut where he was taken into custody. Stein was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of a $1000 cash bond.
