03/02/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 35 year old Jamie E. Goldman of Mt. Carmel for DUI after she called the police to request a standby at Casey’s. According to the police report, Goldman told dispatch that she wanted an officer to standby while she got donuts because the cashier was being rude to her. Police arrived on scene and were told that Goldman had already left the store. Police then observed Goldman pull into the parking lot. The officer spoke with her and reported that he believed she was under the influence and therefore arrested her for DUI. Goldman was transported to the Wabash County Jail and released after posting bond.
