03/01/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 20 year old Blaze L. White of Albion after police observed him walking in the 200 block of W. 5th Street. The arresting officer knew White was wanted on a Wayne County failure to appear warrant. The arresting officer took White into custody and transported him to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $400.00 cash bond.
