03/16/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 48 year old Sarah A. Keenan of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County warrant charging her with harassment of a witness. Police went to her residence and placed her under arrest. Keenan was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $4,000.00.
