03/09/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 28 year old Dustin K. Winkles of St. Francisville after he was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Winkles was wanted on a Lawrence County failure to appear warrant. Winkles was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $225.00 cash bond.
