02/26/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 18 year old Dexter O. Willits of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant. Police arrested Willits when he arrived at the Police Department and inquired about his missing court date. Police arrested him and transported him to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $200.00 cash.
