02/14/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 59 year old Clay A. Kelsey of Bone Gap after he was stopped for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Kelsey was wanted on a Lawrence County deceptive practice warrant. Kelsey was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $150.00 bond.
