On 12/18/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Timothy S. Greentree, age 50, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended and Resisting a Peace Officer. Greentree was observed operating a vehicle by the arresting officer who knew him to have a suspended driver’s license. Greentree was located in the 1000 block of Plum Street when then officer stopped him. During the arrest Greentree threw his coat down aggressively and jerked away from the officer when he attempted to arrest him. Once Greentree was placed into custody he was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
