On 11/15/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brittany N. Campbell, age 28, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at 13th & Walnut Street. Officers were in this area watching for cell phone violations as the school opened for the day. Campbell was observed using her cell phone at this location and was stopped. Campbell’s license returned suspended so she was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged with the two violations and held pending the posting of bond.
