Be watching the mail. County Clerk Janet Will told county commissioners this week that her office is printing real estate tax statements this week, and she expects them to be in the mail by Friday.
And, we’re down to only 37 unpaid parcels of mobile home taxes issued earlier this year. Treasurer Beverly McBride said there is only 23-hundred dollars yet to be paid. Effective October 1st, the late fee went up to 100-dollars on those delinquent parcels, according to McBride.
