On 10/25/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Roger K. Burns, age 64, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Burns was observed in the 1100 block of Poplar Street where he was taken into custody. Burns was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
