On 10/21/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jesika R. Moreno, age 27, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Vine Street. Moreno was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
