A Mt. Carmel liquor control meeting will be held at City Hall Friday morning to consider a new gaming liquor license. The proposal calls for Debbie’s to open in the former Edwards Jones office at 6th and Walnut Streets. The liquor control meeting will start at 9 Friday morning at City Hall.
