On 10/12/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Steven B. Beasley, age 37, of Mt. Carmel, on a Crawford County Illinois Failure to Appear Warrant. Beasley was observed yelling and waving his arms around while walking in the alley behind the Mt. Carmel Police Department. An officer observed these actions and checked Beasley for warrants. Beasley returned with the Crawford County Warrant and was placed under arrest. Beasley was taken to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending extradition back to Crawford County.
