On 9/27/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jeremy S. Hardy, age 40, of Browns, IL, for Violation of an Order of Protection. Hardy was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 9th & Walnut Street when it was discovered Hardy’s passenger had an order of protection against him. Hardy was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued his charge.
