On 9/01/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Valerie C. Schrader, age 38, of Mt. Carmel for Criminal Trespass to Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Police were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of Plum Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. Once there officers spoke to the complainant, along with witnesses, and found that Schrader had trespassed at the residence in question. Schrader was later located and placed under arrest. During the arrest Schrader was found to have a glass pipe, containing suspected drug residue, inside her vehicle. Schrader was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
