On 9/9/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brock A. Folse, age 41, of Melbourne Arkansas, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Police received a public complaint regarding a reckless driver coming into Mt. Carmel from Indiana operating a black Ford truck with Arkansas license plates. The arresting officer located the suspect vehicle and observed several traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted in the area of River Road and Golden Aces Way. Folse was found to be the driver and showed signs of impairment. Field sobriety testing was conducted where clues to indicate impairment were observed. Folse was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Folse was cited for the DUI offense as well as for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Folse was held on a $300 cash bond.
