08/02/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 53 year old Charles R. Leonard of Evansville after he was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police Department. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Leonard was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended Illinois driver's license. Leonard was subsequently arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was cited for driving while license is suspended. Leonard was held pending the posting of $150.00 cash bond.
