On 8/23/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Billie J.S. Shirley, age 39, of Marion, IL for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle following a traffic stop at 3rd & Empire Street. Shirley was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending a $200 cash bond.
