06/01/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 33 year old Brandon H. Rayborn of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped in the 900 block of N. Walnut Street. Rayborn was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license. Rayborn was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of bond.
