Mt. Carmel, IL – The Wabash Valley College Library will be offering their Summer Reading & Science program for children going into grades 1-4 in the Fall. Program dates are July 9, 10, 11, and 12, with two sessions offered each day at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. This year’s theme is “Exploring WVC” and will involve students in WVC programs and allow the children to explore the campus. Programs will be offered in the fields of History, Agriculture, and Radio/TV by professors in those fields. Sessions will begin and end each day in the Library with non-fiction story time. A $10.00 per child fee with a family maximum of $20.00 will be charged. Group sizes are limited, so register early! Registration deadline is June 29.
