VEHICLES: Unit 1 – 2008 blue Ford passenger car
DRIVER: Unit 1 Driver – Gary Custard Age 75 Ramsey, IL
TRANSPORTS: Driver #1 transported to Fayette County Hospital
PRELIMINARY: Preliminary investigative details indicate Unit #1, was traveling southbound on US 51 when it swerved to miss a deer and drove off the roadway to the east where it struck the ditch / embankment.
CHARGES: Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
