DRIVER: Unit #1 – Zhenning Yang, 40, of Temple City, CA

PRELIMINARY: Preliminary investigative details indicate that Unit #1 was traveling southbound on Illinois 130 just south of Jasper 500N. Unit #1 was struck by a strong cross wind blowing to the east. Unit #1 was blown over onto its left side and slid into the east ditch. The driver was transported to ST. Anthony’s Hospital.
