On 5/16/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Andrew S. Ellis, age 28, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Ellis was located in the 200 block of West 5th Street. Ellis was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held on a $200 cash bond.
