All calls for the Wabash County animal control officer will soon be routed through the sheriff’s department. Sheriff Derek Morgan told county commissioners on Monday it should be no problem to have the calls to the warden routed through dispatch. They say better control over the calls has become a liability issue, as well as giving officials a better read on where animal control calls come from.
