2/12/18-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 44 year old Gwen J. Leeper of Mt. Carmel after police stopped a vehicle where she was the passenger. The arresting officer reported he observed Leeper in the passenger seat of a vehicle and knew she was wanted ona Wabash County failure to appear warrant. The vehicle was stopped and Leeper was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served the warrant. Leeper was held pending the posting of $300.00 cash bond.
