12/07/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 27 year old James E. Harms of Mt. Carmel after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped by MCPD. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Harms was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant. Harms was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was served the warrant and written a citation for failure to wear a seat belt.
