On 11/15/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Tamera B. Hadley Richardson, age 53, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Chestnut Street. Richardson was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held on a $150 cash bond.
