When Wabash County voters go to the polls Tuesday, they’ll find a question at the end of the ballot regarding Wabash General Hospital.
The question relates to WGH’s ability to purchase property outside of Wabash County, which is now prohibited by state mandate. WGH CEO Jay Purvis has been making the rounds to local groups explaining the ballot question by beginning each presentation saying that taxes will not be increased in any way by the referendum.
